Our firm has had the opportunity to work with numerous small to mid-size builders. R.O.C Realty served within the Project Management field with these builders. R.O.C. Realty worked in all aspects of site development and management from securing contractors and overlooking their progress for draws to the scheduling with the clients to develop the necessary change orders and develop the updated plans.
The jobsites that you see here are a few of the most recent projects that we have had the opportunity to work on. The first is still in site development while the second is in the latest stages of Phase 1. The final buildings pictured are a sample of the final product.
These particular developments were built by Weis Development. These pictures are of the three sites that we worked on. The sites were all located in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago and featured luxury condominiums from $350,000 plus.
